    The Australian tea and the Southwest wraps are my go-to food and drink, but everything is delicious. Weekend brisket is very tender. Special dietary restrictions can be made to existing menu options. Just ask! Service is unmatched. This is a family owned and operated business in partnership with Bentsen-RGV State Park. The atmosphere is excellent with hummingbird feeders right by the windows and outdoor seating. The turkeys come right up to the windows! This is a must visit bistro especially for a day at the park.
