I've had plenty of Carne Guisada plates in my lifetime, but the Carne Guisada at Junction Cafe was hands down, the most delicious I've ever tasted! My sister and I were blown out of this world!! Go get you some!!!

We were a large group and they promptly accommodated us. Our server was outstanding about keeping up with who ordered what. She maintained her composure throughout. We were all impressed and we let her know that. The food was great as well. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

This is one of the best little cafés in Texas. Located in Pharr, TX right by the welcome to Pharr sign. The menudo was some of the best I have ever had. It seems like it is tiny but it is spacious inside. The decorations are cute. The staff were all friendly. The beans were tasty. The oatmeal was served in a huge bowl with different delicious toppings on the side. It will be on my list of places to always eat when I am in the RGV.

The place is really nice inside, i like the theme of the station.
The breakfast here is okay, the prices are also okay.
I ordered the huevos rancheros and for 5.99 you get 2 eggs, potatoes, refried beans and a fried corn tortilla(the bacon was extra).

The eggs were almost cooked perfectly over medium, the salsa for the eggs was tasty, the beans were okay, the potatoes were just warm and soggy no seasoning added very bland, the refried tortilla under the eggs was pretty good, the bacon was terrible it had a strange taste, it wasn't warm and it was tough, I did not enjoy it.
The flour tortilla i got was very hard very badly made/cooked, the corn tortillas however were really good.

The staff was very friendly and the place was relatively clean.

Overall a decent place for breakfast, for the price i would recommend adding a single piece of bacon, sausage or ham to add a meat to the plate.
