Carmelita's Restaurant

This restaurant is very family united. You come here to enjoy great food and feel welcome. I enjoyed the perks of service on point.

Been here at Carmelita’s Restaurant several times for breakfast and lunch, food has always been great so has the service and of course I try to go during the day when everyone is at work so it not that packed, daily lunch specials too. 👍🏽

Great food, great service

I've eaten here several times and the food is good, the servers are attentive, and the prices don't hurt your wallet.

I've tasted several plates...the menudo (my fave!), barbacoa, enchiladas, carne guisada....all have been tasty and you always get the "just like my mother made it" taste.

They always start you off with chips and salsa...the chips have never been stale and the salsa is usually warm and tastes fresh. The corn and flour tortillas appear to be freshly made which is how they should always be made at any respectable Mexican restaurant.

I won't give it the full 5 stars because the food is good...but there's a few places out there with say, better chilaquiles or menudo.

But it's still a good place to take your family on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy a nice meal...
