I heard so much about this place and went to go try it out. The staff was friendly and very helpful when I walked in. I ordered the southern fried chicken and salisbury steak. The chicken was really good. The way it was fried up was fantastic. I bit into the chicken and it was juicy and packed with flavor. One of the best fried chickens I have had in a long time. The sailsbury steak was OK. Didn't have much flavor and had a bit of a strange texture. I'm not saying it wasn't edible I personally didn't think it was all that. The sides that we got were delicious and had a great taste but nothing to make me say wow. What did make me say WOW was that chicken. Sweet Odins beard was that out of this world. I will be trying out the other food that they have and give an update. I however would recommend this place 100% to anyone that is looking to try some delicious southern food.

This place is amazing. My son had the chicken fried chicken and he's a super picky eater and he finished the whole thing with his mac and cheese. My husband had the three piece chicken with corn and dirty rice and like his son he's a picky eater as well and he loved it. I had the chicken fried chicken with the mashed potatoes macaroni and cheese and green beans . Our friend had the catfish plate the batter was seasoned well and crispy never got soggy even with all the lemon he put. The sweet tea was amazing I haven't had good sweet tea in a very long time. We also ordered dessert the vanilla pudding was heavenly . It had cake in between the pudding very moist and delicious... Totally recommend this place to my friends and family...

I absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh and delicious. A great environment with great service as well. The people working there are always so kind. I recommend the fried fish platter with dirty rice and macaroni!

First time going there and it was delicious. I had Southern Fried Chicken and I must say it was loaded with flavor and it wasn’t even greasy. I highly recommend this place and I will be going back to try other food selections.

I love that it is a small family owned business. The fried chicken is to die for, not salty, crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. The mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were very well served & very flavorful.
