Food very good. Slightly salty, the sauces excellent, like LA, Orange County. Had Beef Pho, Seafood Pho. Both well done flavorful. Can take family later. Had four waiters and waitresses. Just ask what you need. Helpful.

My kids are very picky eaters but they love Le pho “noodle soup”. We have been enjoying their pho since it was delivery/ pick up. I love being able to sit in a restaurant now, and that they have different bowl sizes too.
I like to stick to my beef pho, it’s cozy and always flavorful. It’s never greasy or grimey and everything comes on the side so my stomach is always happy afterwards. (Gastritis girl here )
I often go during “dead hours” such as right at 11 am or a random day of week at 3or 6 pm and never have issues waiting for my food. It will get busy and slower if you go during high traffic times and cold days for sure. But because everything is made fresh. I prefer fresh food over fast food drive thru’s. I really feel this is a local gem. It’s always a pleasure taking my friends who are not from Weslaco there. Not only is the food delicious but Pam and her sisters are always so sweet. They always recognize my kids faces and say hello, and check up on us often. The services feels as comforting as the food ❤️

Love this family owned small business! Hands down best Bún bò Huế ever! Thank you all for bringing this dish down to the valley. Everytime I have it it brings me so much joy! You can definitely taste all the love Mama Lê pours into her food. Good food takes time, and I appreciate all the hard work every team member puts in during all my visits. It's sad that there are so many miserable people out there who are just looking to complain. Please do us service industry folks a favor and order Togo if you're already in an unpleasant mood. Le Pho House is definitely worth trying! My boyfriend and I drive from Brownsville to support this family-owned business with great authentic food. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food speaks for itself.
