“I had never heard of this taqueria, I went more than across town for this place, and honestly it was pretty good! Their tacos were great in flavor, the tortillas were really good, and their papa was by far the best! Recommend it if your on this side of town. The only thing I would change if I could would be their Menu. When we got our menu, there were all the things they served, but no prices on them at all. That is the reason why it's not a 5 star.”

“One of the Best taquerias I've been to! Nice, small, clean, cozy place to come eat. Great tacos, not too greasy like the other 90% of taquerias, delicious beans & the owner gives the best service ever! It's a taqueria her husband & her started 7 months ago here in Weslaco & it's been thriving day by day. Reccomend it if you want great quality tacos & great service! Plus she gave my sister & I complimentary ice cold water's for a hot sunny day w/ a snack, who does that?! Amazing! 👌💯”

“I liked the atmosphere of the place, 1950s style memorabilia and music in the background. Not too impressed with my burger. It was dry and tasteless. They advertise homemade burgers so I expected more. My wife liked the chicken fried steak. I would return to try some other food, but they need to improve their burgers. Also, the wait staff passes my by twice and didnt notice my empty glass at the edge of the table. Had to flag her down the third time.”

“Went for a date night haven't had good Mexican seafood in a long time, so had the 12 shrimp platter came with French fries, rice and salad, it was fantastic. The shrimp were so big I couldn't finish them. Next me and the wife are going to share a plate. It was way too much food but in a good way.”

“1st time here and we'll, it was an experience. Food is fresh, hot and the fried shrimp and fish was great. Only the time frame to get your food on Mother's day was challenging for the staff. But over all service was very friendly and keep in contact while food was preparing. Will be coming back once the craziness of the day subsidies. 🙂”

“It was good, haven't been to a Taco Palenque for some time now. That seems as if Tortillas got smaller hmm. Another thing what happen to breakfast specials use to be buy 1 get one FREE. Selected breakfast tacos. Went and asked for that they said we haven't had that in ages.. wow!. Now this small taco for 2.00 cone on now taco palenque seriously!! Yall gotten so shysty not even funny. But, the store was nice had friendly staff too. Only got 2 tacos and left. But wasn't that happy for what I paid for. So ok I guess. I suppose it is a trend now with every restaurant serve less charge more lol. Nothing but the truth guys. I always said I'm not gonna sugar coat things say it as I see it. Taco palenque use to be awesome. Now they just fallen off the pedestal and become your basic taco over priced .SMH!.don't let the pic full you it is a close picture but almost same size as your average corn tortillas.”

“Picked up lunch on a Wednesday, the line at the he drive thru was backed up 10 deep plus so I decided to walk in. While it was busy I was able to secure my lunch within less than three minutes. Ordered a double kung pao on white steamed rice. Server behind the counter was quick and attentive. Place is clean and prices are reasonable. Food was good!”

“Our local Domino Pizza has always been courteous and professional. For the most part, they have always delivered the pizzas to our liking and specifications. Having a household with allergies I am grateful for the care they take with the gluten-free/dairy free orders I place. In the past, when they have forgotten an item, they always manage to remedy the situation promptly and courteously. The delivery drivers are always very friendly and kind. I never have to worry about their demeanor or cleanliness.”

“I got one of the specialty burgers which had avocados, ham, egg, single patty and LTO. The burgers are big and that's because mine was a single patty burger. They can make you some huge burgers which look crazy good. The place is very nice and has plenty of space for big families. The restaurant looked very clean and the restrooms looked brand new. My burger tasted good but I didn't like the avocado spread that they used. It tasted a bit sour so I'm not sure if the avocado spread was going bad. The avocado spread didn't look old or have a bad smell, I'm not sure why it had a bit of a sour taste. I did however finish all the burger because it was very juicy and had a great taste to it. The fries were good but nothing special. I did however enjoy the lady that charged me. She made my first visit very pleasant. She explained the whole menu and cracked some jokes with me. The lady was a delight and made me feel welcomed. I would recommend you try this place for some good unique burgers. I know I will be going back because of the service I received and to try a different burger next time.”
