“This is a delightful little Raspas shop located in Penitas Texas. They featured delicious shaved ice, as well as delicious fruit items. Stopped by late in the evening, with a group of about 10 people, and the staff was very accommodating and happy to serve us. All of her items were delicious and beautiful to look at I had a raspas frescas with strawberries and mangoes, and it was awesome.”
