    The food is decent, although a bit overpriced in my opinion. 3 stars because nearly every single time I go there they tell me that their shake machine is down for cleaning!

    The food was good but it was a little slow. Most breakfast stops are fast but we sat for about 5 minutes waiting on our food and then they left out one hash brown from our order.

    My boyfriend and I walked over from Love's to try the new Dr. Pepper shakes and walked in to a madhouse due to a bus full of students coming in. Even after downloading the app and ordering from it, it still took about 20 minutes to get our order and we had to ask where it was. Martha did take very good care of us! Definitely worth waiting for the shakes.

    We forgot some things we needed for our camping trip, so we stopped here next to Walmart. Had a nice relaxed breakfast while some of our friends unfortunately got soaked during a storm at our campsite... good food, friendly service, friendly customers, too.

    The food was not cooked all the way... I had a patty melt with Texas toast (looked like a fresh piece of bread that wasn’t even warm) as well as a spicy bacon burger. On that sandwich, the cheese was not melted at all, and there were only 2 pieces of (floppy) bacon.
    Now, the reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of the wonderful service we got. I believe her name was Ashley? Not sure, but I made sure to tell the managers there as well.
    Ashley spent time actually RESPONDING to my 5 and 3 year old, which for some terrible reason is not the norm. She also made sure that our LARGE order was placed in the most cost effective way, switching drinks to combos, substituting milkshakes for the drink into combos, etc.
    Also, Ashley made sure to talk to the managers about our possibly undercooked meal, and they did offer to replace it. I think that is worthy of another star.
    Finally, while trying to get my 2 children across the busy parking lot and into the car, one of the milkshakes fell out of the drink carrier and splattered all over the floor. Once again, Ashley came to the rescue and replaced my LARGE strawberry milkshake, no questions asked.
    Overall, an excellent customer service experience, but I can’t give it 5 stars because some of my food was undercooked.
