    The waitstaff were friendly & quite jocular. The food prep area, floors & tables were very clean & organized, especially for such a rainy December day. Hillsboro Subway serves hot-n-cold subs, salads & soups, breakfast items & cookies.
    ???? Subway bread & veggies are always fresh, & both the white chocolate macadamia nut & chocolate chip cookies are scrumptiously addictive.
    ???? Both Chesters Chicken & Subway share an order counter/dining area inside Love's & a 10:00 p.m. closing time - not so good for truckers.
    ???? But fine w/me when traveling between Paris & Austin.

    For a gas station Subway, this one was pretty darn good! Friendly service, decent selection, speedy in and out with the "fresh" food my kiddo desired as we were on the road.
