Bush's Chicken

I was 1st introduced to Bush's in the Austin/Fort Hood area. I LOVE and I do mean LOOOVE their tender rolls (roll and a chicken strip). Plus their sweet tea is good and always really fresh. They also give military and veterans a discount. If you like Gizzards, theirs are pretty good. Only one around here is in Levelland. Was super excited when I moved home and saw that. Serious, go check them out!!!

Good tasteing chicken but way overpriced I won't be coming back. Chicken is one of the cheapest meats you can buy at a grocery store

The young lady was no nice to us she made us feel welcomed and helped us with pricing and helped us with happy hour we are college kids and she helped feel welcome 10 out of 10 best chicken in west Texas !!!

Ate Bush’s chicken for the first time last night! Purchased the 10 piece family chicken meal! The chicken was very light and crispy, cooked to absolute perfection! This chicken will melt in your mouth! The friend okra was the best I ever had! Coming from Florida the sweet tea was also spot on!! The mash potatoes were equally as satisfying! The honey rolls felt like they just had come out of the oven. They were out of cole slaw but rest assured I will definitely be back to try some!! If you want food that hits your soul you have to try this place! It doesn’t need the glitz and the glamour.. it has a culinary genius!
