The Local Cafe

It looks like someone just parked a trailer beside the road, and started collecting junk. But the food is really, really good. And the atmosphere is pretty cool once you start to look at it. I would have never stopped by but we had a work function there and I'm glad we did. Definitely worth the stop.

Eat Local BECAUSE YOU CAN! Best fried baloney! Cool outside atmosphere! They have a garden too to serve fresh foods. Music plays and tables are always full and everybody is always happy!! You will want to eat there and socialize all of the time! Wah hoo!!

We’ve been coming weekly for the past month. Wonderful food and super-friendly service. Plus, they have live music. Go check them out...you won’t be disappointed.

Such a fun place!! The kids have space to have fun while the adults listen to music and enjoy each other's company. The food is great! It honestly feels like you're hanging out in the back yard at your best friend's house. I live 20 minutes away closer to Fort Worth, but I can't wait to go back. I'd take The Local Cafe over 7th Street any day.

.My sister and I had hamburgers and it was the best burger I've had since leaving my home in Alaska many years ago. The only thing missing was the pickles on the burger. Fries are home cut shoestring, excellent. The place is rustic with lots to look at, we sat in the outside dining.
