Buck's Burgers & Catfish

Very good little place to eat. I had the shrimp basket. Very good fried shrimp, French fries, an hush puppies. Cocktail sauce is very good. Made with lots of horseradish so it's kinda got a bite but I liked that. Must try while here

Small, little roadside restaurant. We've only had the catfish and fries here. Pretty good and gluten free as they use a cornmeal mix on the catfish. Yummy sweet tea and friendly staff. Small seating area has a view of the lake and ducks playing in the water. Only has one small unisex bathroom which they keep fairly clean.

Food was great. My double bacon burger was just awesome. French fries are crinkle cut, which isn't a problem for normal people, but dad refuses to eat them and says they're communist. I think he has undiagnosed autism. The fries were fresh and crispy, and I really liked them. I was really hoping to see one of the teenagers on the dock behind the restaurant fall in the water though. They didn't look like the brightest group. I think they were fishing for ducks, but thankfully had bad aim.

Best catfish in Hood County! My husband and I eat here at least once every two weeks. It's always great, both in the food and the service. We always stop to feed the ducks before leaving. We've heard their burgers are amazing. One day we plan on trying those. It's just so hard not to order that yummy fish.

Always delicious! I love the shrimp, G-Daughter gobbled up the big juicy burger. Clean place, helpful, friendly folks. Casual atmosphere. One of our favorites.
