Sonic Drive-In

Food was basically the same, but the customer service Charlotte offered was fantastic. I will also say she recently had a visit from the owners and their comments made her day! She is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area so I truly appreciate her and her help!

Stopped at happy hour an got vanilla cream Dr Pepper. They were made perfect an the service was fast.

It's good. Fast food. Great sevice.

Thought I'd be nice and give a $1 tip for my shake and boy what an attitude I received back for my genorocity! "Oh...gee thanks". Sunday night is the spoiled brat employee night at Sonic apparently. At least be more thankful when you receive a much larger tip than you deserve! Other than that the food was excellent!

In all the years of going to Granbury's Sonic, I rarely have experienced a mistake with the order. And the rare times I have, they take care of it with an attitude of professionalism.
In fact, the management to the servers have a great sense of service before and after the order, which is hard to find in the fast food industry.
I also appreciate their listing of the calorie content on their menu and that there is such a great diversity offered on the menu.
The speed of their service is great, but the most wonderful thing to me about our Sonic is the employees are friendly and helpful and make it a pleasant experience. Now that is definitely a rarity in the fast-food industry!
