Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They only have 2 sauce choices and no gravy. While I like the unique approach it was just not accommodating. The chicken was hand battered which was amazing. But for me Canes fell flat.

I’ve heard a lot about canes but had never actually been to one, so I said why not.. I will say there isn’t a lot to the menu but so what! The chicken and sauce were to die for! The manager on duty told me to mix a packet of Louisiana hot sauce in the my sauce when I asked if they had hot sauce and omg I am hooked! The prices are a little high but from what the manager was telling me was their product including chicken is same day. No heat lamps or anything like that.. it’s cooked to order. Little to no wait in a lobby full of people and condiments were fully stocked and cleaned. I would say canes is right there with Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service but they aren’t eager to just push you out the line, both the cashier Abbie and manager Casey spoke with me directly about more then just what can I get you! I will be back and I’ll bring my whole nursing staff!

First time at a Cane's! New facility, excellent customer service! Chicken strips were awesome, but would like more spice in dip! Will be back!
