Randy’s Shrimp and Oyster Bar

The oysters and wings were really good. We sat at the bar. Courtney was very attentive and a great addition to the staff! We may enjoy a few more options that aren't fried.

Went on a Friday at 7pm, so there was a wait. Ended up catching a seat at the bar. Tiffany and Courtney worked their tales off to ensure everyone was taken care of. I had combo with battered cod and fried shrimp. Very good. Hubby enjoyed the catfish with crawfish creole. The okra could be cooked a tad bit longer. We will be back, Randy's new spot is Great!

This restaurant is a wonderful new gem in Granbury! The raw oysters are brought in fresh from the Gulf daily and they are so flavorful and big! Best raw oysters I ever had! The shrimp are huge! Everything is well-seasoned. My daughter ordered the catfish po’boy and she said it was the best catfish she’s had at a restaurant. The coleslaw is made fresh - not the icky stuff you find at most places. The fries are flat and yummy!! A unique shape - but I think that’s what makes them crisp and able to soak up the salt. The gator rice - is to die for. We are definitely going back again! — oh and they serve full size margaritas that are top rate, too!

My husband and I had a wonderful date night here. We actually couldn't wait to try the new place in town. The food was Amazing, Amazing y'all!! The restaurant is clean and the staff is working hard. The only minor thing was whoever shucked the oysters needs more practice. There were shells in almost all the oysters. Yet, that won't stop us from returning.

Came to try out ; good crowd. I ordered margarita on the rocks well made. Now would have gotten a 5 star if I received my oysters before my meal. Also be cautious when eating the oysters not shucked well, you don't want to chip a tooth. The fries I loved stay crisp also thinly cut. The sandwich great flavor smokey taste the grilled poblano and onions make the sandwich. The bartender Courtney was on it lol
