Chick-fil-A

I've eaten Chick-fil-A a few times over the last few days. Most of my visits have gone well. But this time I was very disappointed. As you can see from the pictures the tomatoes on my sandwich were not ripe. I took a bite to the sandwich and there was nothing. After checking I found these tomatoes. I went to the counter and showed them to the staff and asked for ripe ones. It took several minutes but the manager came out and told me I was special and they were cutting a tomato just for me. She stated all the tomatoes they had been sent were green. I don't believe the cook would have served these to their family. Why would they serve it to me? I'll eat there again because I've had good food in the past.

I use the online app to order our food and earn points for free items. This is espically important and convenient since our restaurant is busy at alot of times during the day. I order online and run in to grab it at the pickup counter avoiding any lines they may have. This restaurant is clean, the employees are very nice and fast and efficient. I've never had my order wrong.

Consistent... Is one of the things I really like about #Chick-fil-A. There chicken sandwich is ALWAYS delicious... It doesn't matter the location when you see the red chicken head stop in and try your favorite. You won't be sorry because this franchise has mastered the great taste every time.

Awesome service, very clean modern look to the best chicken place in the country... amazing food as well. Very relaxing atmosphere with good music and a chill overall vibe. Can get very busy due to the amazing food and everyone wanting some... but totally worth it. Huge parking lot too.

What can i say?...
Me and my husband went around 7:30 tonight and the line was out the door...when i got to the register...(10 minute wait) i told the cashier 3 times I wanted both of our meals large... Then she proceeded to ask if i wanted a medium...so we find a seat...(It's a big building, but the placement of the seating areas are bad) and they bring our food....as soon as they set the food down, "can we get you guys a refill or anything else?" We JUST sat down... We're good. Went to check the food....his was wrong...he got the 12 pc nugget meal...they gave him tenders...so i went back up there and told them...so she handed me another box....with TENDERS AGAIN.... HE DOES NOT EAT TENDERS. 3rd time....i said to check to make sure it was the nuggets this time, i mean, it wasn't her fault, and she's the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars (thank you Katie for helping). And don't get me started on the parking lot... They made the lines straight....where it's easy to hit another car...they should have made the lines diagonal so it'd be easier to get in and out. Overall.... Not very good customer service..(besides Katie)...the waitresses couldn't find whose food went to which customer...and it was very cramped. The only thing that was good was the cherry coke.
