San Remo Restaurant

Food was amazing! Just as i remembered, so glad to enjoy our family and friends! MY sweet hubby took me here on our 2nd date in 2000! And Janelle’s was a joy to see again! Wonderful place to eat!

IMHO, best Italian /Sicilian food in/near Sulphur Springs. Small Bistro-like atmosphere. Attentive servers, delicious food.

The wait staff is the absolute best anywhere in the state. I'd love to know how they recruited them. I'm still adjusting to the new menu from the old San Remo years ago but I like everything thus far. My only complaint, and it's small, is that the veal in the picata could have been tenderize a little more. I'm more accustomed to something like a schnitzel.

Went in for lunch. Our dishes were good and good flavor. Our waitress was kind and hospitable. Now for why I’m giving three stars. It was freezing in there, and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Being that it was raining and low 40s today, turning the heat on a little for the customers would be nice. Our bread was cold and she stated cause it wasn’t busy🤨So she said she would bring us more and again as cold as it was inside the restaurant. And then to top it off my silverware was dirty.

We have been to the restaurant twice and both times the food and service have been great. It’s new back to Sulphur Springs and the best Italian food in a 50 mile radius.
We will continue to bring them our business.
