We come here daily because my mother insist on it. Lol When I tried to tell her the screen wouldn't scroll and she was going to fast in recounting my order she yelled at me and wouldn't have someone come to take my order outside. I finally raised my voice to have to manager come to my car. I couldn't believe it. This is not the first time Tiffany has given us ordering issues. Sonic needs to hire better people to work for them. Watch out for this employee.

I don't go to Sonic. All of the locations near my home in the Houston area are just not very good and, as a result, I don't ever go to them.
We bought some rural property and have been spending as much time as possible working on the land to get it ready to use. It was late on a Sunday evening and I was exhausted. Hit the road to head back home and realized I hadn't eaten. I wanted something quick and convenient since I had a trailer and truck full of gear and didn't want to go into a building to eat.
As I entered Kirbyville, I noticed the Sonic and was so hungry at that point, I decided to stop.
I was so happy to see they had a trailer stall that is open and has the ordering board.
I ordered my meal and was prepared to check everything since getting my order wrong was a regular occurrence at the other locations I used in the past.
I was met by one of the most professional, kind, and enthusiastic car hops I have ever encountered. Jacob is just awesome! The food was REALLY good. The order was 100% correct and I was extremely pleased with the service and the food.
Thinking this was a one-time fluke, I decide to test the location by stopping on my way up for the next trip. I once again had Jacob deliver the order and it was an exact repeat of the first experience.
Now, it is a regular stop for me. I have the app and place the order before I roll into town. Every single employee has been exemplary. The food has always been perfect on the 8 stops I have had thus far.
If I had a business in town, I would be looking to recruit Jacob to work for me. He is wonderful.
If the owner/manager happens to see this, thank you for restoring my faith in Sonic. My personal experiences here have been unparalleled.
