First time in 10 years someone has the best stuff potatoes around town

I always go for the Redneck Nachos. They are made with spiral cut potatoes which are fried and covered with chopped beef and misc toppings. This trip they were not as good as prior visits because the potatoes were pre-cooked and kept under a heat lamp. It is not the same as when they are fresh-cooked! Next time, I will try to go when they are busier and grab some fresh-cooked.

Very clean and well kept inside. Friendly service when ordering your food and good prices compared to the big bbq chains. They bring the food out to you and they super fast, quicker than nearly any place I've been to. But the speed with which they being the food doesn't affect the freshness or flavor. And speaking of the food, it was awesome. I got the sliced brisket sandwich, the meat was lean yet had just enough marveling to give it good flavor and it was extremely tender. The bun was toasted in such a way that the edges were slightly crunchy so it contrasted nicely with the meat. The sauce was good, sweet and tangy, although i would have liked some spice it didn't draw back from the flavor, they also included pickles and onions on the sandwich. I got a side of potato salad and it was also very good, it had a hint of garlic to it and rounded out the plate very well, I've had better potato salad but I could count the times I have on one hand. Bottom line, try this place if you are anywhere close, it's a hidden treasure that deserves to be discovered.

Such a neat place to visit! This was our 1st time there, and definitely will not be our last!!! We got the Redneck Nachos....AMAZING!!! Very rustic country setting and staff was super sweet! Such a great hometown BBQ place
