    After waiting a bit, and we were in drive through, our order wasn't complete, food was cold. Really cold like it was an order that had been left.
    I drove back through drive through to tell the 1st window person that our order wasn't complete and the food was cold as if it were "old". 1st windows person apologizes for this.
    We are told to pull to second window, we wait again.order still not correct, we just leave.

    Not real thrilled with the new automated ordering system, but a super nice lady took our order instead when she saw me so frustated and ready to loose my temper. The food was just like the pictures and the fries were perfect!

    Not bad of a place. I don't get that "We want the customers to like us so we can all have a good day so everyone do their best out there." Vibe from them. From what I know, that place is a place where the employees are miserable and they don't stay long.

    Not my choice of burgers, but I was ready to eat something fast. I love their breakfast foods. Their shake/ice cream machine was out of order.
