Marisela's Tamales

Went by a little over a month ago. Clean place staff was very friendly and helpful. They also asked my opinion about what could be done to improve the food, I told them what I thought. Overall they are good depending on what you like. That day I bought beef and chicken, wanted pork but it was out. Beef very good will buy again. FYI I was allowed to sample other options and I'll admit they weren't bad....so go check it out, planning on the pork today.

This place is small but the flavors are large! Great tamales! The major downside is that the size of their tamales for the price is not good, they pretty small as can be seen in image. The restaurant is casual and great for small family or friends. The restaurant is small so seating is very limited, takeout is probably best here for more than a couple people per table.

tamales were very good! the only downfall was we barely got any sauce for our tameles. we order a dozen and only received 2 sauces! we will be back but will ask for more sauce!

This is a brand new tamale business. Tamales being one of my favorite foods, I had to try them out. The place is super clean and smelled amazing when I walked in. The masa is probably some of the best I have ever eaten. It is well-seasoned and creamy. I purchased both Cream Cheese w/Jalapeño and Chicken tamales. The Cream Cheese tamales were really good and not too hot. I am not a fan of the Chicken. They weren't bad, but had an undertone of seafood and tasted nothing like chicken. No seafood is served here so I think it is just a seasoning issue for me. PSA....their sauces are HOT! They also sell out of tamales very quickly because they are all made fresh. The young lady who waited on me was friendly and engaging. I will be back another day to try one of the many other options. They also serve breakfast.
