Saltgrass Steak House

It was my first time dining in or even eating here all together. It was great. The waiter was so professional! I enjoyed everything about this restaurant.

Oh where to start. Lol. I suppose with our server, Jordon. I really hope he is just a new server and not a veteran here. He came by and got our drink order. He returned with water and bread in a reasonable amount of time. However I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a beer. It was about 10 minutes before he returned with our drinks and took our order. Which wouldn't have been bad had the restaurant been busy but as it was bot quite 5 on a Thursday evening they were pretty slow. I ordered the steak medallions, medium, with broccoli. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp with green beans. Only one medallion was medium, the rest well done. The broccoli was a little undercooked. My husband enjoyed his steak and shrimp. However he said the green beans had no flavor at all and he only ate one. I never seem to have luck eating at any saltgrass but my husband likes it so we keep coming back.

This is a good steakhouse chain restaurant. I had the classic chopped steak and it was great! They cooked it perfectly and was very flavorful.

We arrived at lunch and we're instantly meet with a smile. And we we're seated within 1 min of walking in. The interior of the restaurant is what you would think a traditional Texas steak house would be! It was very cozy with the gas fire in the center of the room and the bull horn accents on the lights looked cool. The food was amazing. I believe it was the Texas style Philly cheese steak with steak fries as the side and it was absolutely amazing. My friend ordered a medium rare steak but it came to us medium and not medium rare. That is really the only thing that wasn't perfect here. It's a great spot to grab something to eat, and just chat with family or friends! Definitely will be coming back. And also, ask for extra ketchup because they don't give much.
