The Rodair Roadhouse

Our first time visiting was 3 weeks ago, and it was awesome! We had a bit of a wait, which was our fault for showing up at 7 on a Friday evening, but that's to be expected. Once we got seated, our waitress was great and we got our food quickly. The bayou fries and fried green tomato sliders were fantastic starters, and the chicken fried steak with gumbo gravy was an incredible entree! I'm so mad I didn't think of gumbo gravy! It is delicious! This place is a must-try!

Had the BEST fried green tomatoes apps and bourdain. Cajun food here is excellent. Prices are good and service is great too. Definitely coming back!

Great menu, predominantly seafood but certainly a fair share of other great eats. Some great twists in traditional dishes (like Cajun Fried Spare Ribs) a long with Cajun and southern favorites. Be sure to get some Appetizers and if you don't have room for dessert be sure to get it to go because all the deserts are outstanding. A great place for small and large groups, service is great, and best of all the food is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable and a perfect place for entertaining out-of-town guests.

Little outta the way but well worth the drive. Visited on Valentine's eve and found rather crowded. Spent about half an hour at the bar but bar tenders were friendly and the drinks were terrific. Hometown atmosphere very relaxing and food was delicious. Large amounts for very reasonable prices. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Guys and I from work decides to give rodair a try and we weren't disappointed. Great atmosphere and great food. Buckets of beer is pricey as hell but hey its Texas.
I would recommend Rodair to anyone who asks. 5 stars in my book
