MOD Pizza

I don't normally write Google reviews but seeing some of the negative comments figured I'd help to offset those outliers. Great service and very reasonable price for what you're getting. One of the better pizzas I've had in this town and it cost me less than $15.

I ordered the "Caspian" pizza ...BBQ, chicken, onion and I added pineapple. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfect with the cheesy sweet hot goodness of the other ingredients. The Asst. Manager (Captain) Chris was attentive, warm yet professional! Restaurant impeccably clean and oh yeah the music rocks!

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who lives in Port Arthur. I live in Houston and we are very familiar with Mod Pizza. She could not wait for Mod to open. She gives the pizza 5 stars. She did a “build your own.” You can get as much toppings as you want without any extra charge. She gives the service 3 1/2 stars because she said no one acknowledged her standing there at the counter. It took the server a while before she even acknowledged her. She said the server was fixing a salad. Then when she completed that order, she acknowledged my mom. Customer service needs improvement definitely. Mod Pizza is healthier in a sense compared to the local chain pizza parlors.
