“We usually come to Cheddar's once a week and one night (04/12/19) was the best surprise for us. As usual, we were guided by welcoming front leader to the table at the center of the restaurant and our server Mr. Kaleb came to our table then. He was the best waiter I have been met at Cheddar’s. He knew exactly when and how to take care of his table. Usually waiter/waitress asking us: “Every is OK?” and then gone quickly, acting like they were super busy (and yes, they were very busy, and I totally understood it). Kaleb did not follow that way, instead, he looked at our table very often to assure everything was OK, like proactive without disturbing our talk. As a result, he helped us refilled the drink, added more napkins, put our check at the end without asking from us. I did not fill any moment that he interrupted our meal or time and I felt very very comfortable during this time at Cheddar’s. I am very glad that Cheddar had such wonderful server, and this is my first time writing a review to honor my server. Actually, we came a week after for dinner again (04/19/19). I asked the front leader if we can let Mr. Kaleb to serve us and was told that it was not allowed to switch table once you sit down. So, we placed our order and after that, Mr. Kaleb recognized us and showed his greeting to us. I cannot believe he still remember us since this store was supper busy. I would like to continue come to this store as always. All in all, Cheddar’s at Beaumont is always our first choice of restaurant for enjoying dinner!”

“I have been to a few Joe's Crab Shack locations over the years and I have to say that the staff here exceeded all of my expectations. We went on a Wednesday evening around 6pm and we were treated with so much kindness. The food here is always phenomenal, and today's experience was no different. Succulent buckets of crab with tons and tons of meat inside. My drink never ran out (refills kept coming) and I always drink a ton. Our waiter was attentive and respectful and we will definitely be back. Thanks again all of you!”

“This store is on and off with service, and quality of food. The staff is friendly, but they are slow and must not pay too much attention when you order. I wish I knew the one cooks name, because when he works the grill he is right on the money. I've seen him usually early in morning. Hint: that crew seem to be the best to me. That's my opinion anyway.”

“The server was very polite although I did have to ask for butter twice for the biscuits. It wasn't as quick to get our breakfast as compared to waffle house or IHOP. The grits were really bland. Definitely needed salt and I'm not a big salt person. The country ham was very fatty. Almost more fat than meat. The eggs were cooked correctly. The biscuits were excellent. A friend ordered the blueberry pancakes and I liked that they were served a little unopened bottle of warm blueberry syrup. I absolutely love the shop as well. Just wish I had more time to browse. Great place for unique gift items.”

“This place has the best fare no matter what you are hungry for, no matter time of the day you can eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The regular portions are large but you can get lesser potions, it's on their extremely extensive, 3 page menu. The coffee is good and the juice is freshly squeezed. Yummy!!”

“Great service!! I came for lunch, and I was alone. Most restaurants make you feel bad comming alone, but, Pappadeaux was very friendly and gave me a table. The food was HUGE!! I wished that I had someone to share it with. Great service!! A lot if places keep checking in every 2 minutes, which I find annoying, but they check in just right for me. I would recommend Pappadeaux for anyone who wants HUGE servings at reasonable prices. The pictures I added were the LUNCH portions!! They were so big, I would almost hate to see the dinner portions!!”

“Very good fried catfish and pretty good smothered liver and onions. Great tasting yams, greens, mac and cheese. Moist and silky chocolate cake, sweet tasting but a little dry 7up pound cake. Very clean restaurant, excellent service, very kind employees and superbly clean restrooms. Fairly priced menu for the portion size. Gets very busy during lunch time and they are only open from 7a-3p. served with courtesy and in a comfortable, clean, easy-to-find setting. YUMMY. Had the pork chop, chicken, mac-n-cheese, candied yams, and a slice of cake to close. Generous meal for the price. Corn muffin was a little unspectacular but everything else was to die for. Served cafeteria-style.”

“If you want some seafood to eat, come eat at this place. If you want some good seafood to eat, don't come here. Fries look seasoned but combined with the fish, I barely taste any seasoning. And the first fish I had taste like straight up fish and the coating was cracking off in pieces. The coating wasn't super weak so it stayed in place as I tries to eat it. But still, I like to enjoy my fish while I eat it. Not trying to put it back together.”
