“Oh, where to begin. The atmosphere that the staff and decor give off are extremely welcoming. I was given a warm welcome when I walked through the door. There was a little trouble at the register with it being down, but the team worked very quickly to get it sorted out. When I was given my bottled drink, the person behind the counter offered to open it, which in my opinion is above and beyond, because I’ve never been anywhere where they offered to open my drink for me instead of just handing it to me. Attention to detail is amazing at this location. While I waited, the staff was extremely friendly with other customers as well. The kitchen line worked very quickly and produced quality food. I ordered the avocado Swiss burger and a basket of fries. I HIGHLY recommend this option. The burger was very neatly but together and the fries were literally the best I’ve had in awhile. Manager name Mr James politely put it in . Days later guess who contacts me Nick with more lies. I eat at Jason Deli all the time. So I called Miss Jennifer at the corparate office and explained the total incident. Without hesitation she resolved the issue. She was do kind and considerate of my problem. Just wanted to thank yall . Ill still eat at Jason Deli but not that one. Mr James was very sweet.”

But, who cares? Lynn is just cranky that it is a KFC and not a Long John Silvers or a Church's. KFC just needs to keep on being polite as they were to me. I can't tell a difference between that good ole Kentucky Fried Chicken from 30 years ago versus the KFC from today, Lynn. 🤷♂️”

“Really great the first time I visited! John was our server and he was AMAZING. The food was great, too! I went back a second time the following week, but did not end up staying to eat. There were two groups waiting to be seated in front me and my husband, and a minimum of five dirty tables waiting to be cleaned. We had been waiting 5ish minutes when the two groups ahead of us were seated. The host came over and asked how long we had been waiting and when we responded he said, "oh, then about 15-20 more minutes" as if to say we hadn't been waiting long enough, meanwhile there were still several dirty tables waiting to be cleaned. Being that my first experience was great, I really hope this isn't a reflection of business moving forward!”
