What a little hidden gem, I stumbled across this shop and ended up ordering coffee and the breakfast sandie. You can tell the quality of beans they use and milk/cream was light and full. Not overly sweet to ruin the coffee flavor. I will most definitely come back. The owner Collin is also a fisherman so that automatically gets my vote. Support local businesses and stop by Ivy!

Amazing coffee and extremely nice owners here.. the sugar free vanilla is delicious. They also offer a great herbal tea. Highly recommended.

The owner of the coffee truck we booked for my daughter's wedding had to cancel the morning of the wedding - things happen. But
he reached out to Ivy Coffee for us.
They came all the way to Cranfills Gap, bought their own canopy because it was raining and did a FABULOUS job. Great service and great coffee and hot chocolate!

My boyfriend & I have been coming here regularly since we saw their coffee truck open up down the street from him. I've at least tried the lavender latte, pumpkin spice, "charlie brown", and campfire lattes now and I absolutely love them all! The coffee itself is delicious and the flavors are perfect. The breakfast sandwiches are always delicious and we can't wait to try out lunch from them. On top of the amazing food, the owners are always so friendly and helpful and it makes our day to see them. Whether you're looking for a no-frills quality coffee or a sweet treat I definitely recommend giving Ivy Coffee Co. a try!

Great place to Stop! Adorable set up(I wish I took pictures), Great Customer Service, the drinks were out pretty quickly even though a line grew behind us. Baristas treated us like we were the only ones in line! We ordered the Charlie Brown & Cookie Butter(both fall flavors). They were well crafted, not to sweet and paired well with the High Quality Beans used. A great new place to stop on the way to Waco from the DFW.
