If you asked me this time last year if I thought I would be down 100+ pounds, my answer probably would have been no. Since becoming a part of the Nutrition Kings family, I have become more powerful in my mind, my health and my physical ability to do things I would have never tried to do, like pushing a car 5 times! But I did it! Through all the noise and the voices telling me not to be stupid, I did it. I don’t care what weight you are, we all struggle. But, I’m here to tell you that you can do it! Don’t be overcome with the voices and negative thoughts telling you, you can’t do it, because you can. You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength.

Staff is friendly, the members are encouraging, and my results have been amazing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for results. Lost 2 pant sizes, have gained functional strength and stamina.

Proud to say I love this place and my second home!! My family and I come to get our Fit Camp in 3 days a week and if your hungry meal replacement shake bar or feeling tired energy drinks ( the good ones)not red bulls and other bad stuff!! Yes, I too doubted the hype about trying Herbal life but you can try the flavors here to see if it's worth the investment (it is). Everyone is very kind that works there and the spot is pretty chill.
