Roscoe's Smokehouse

Address: 1541 SW Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

“I didn't dine in, but the meats here are to die for. I love their barbecue sauce and the smell of smoked meat from the time you exit your vehicle. There is no better place to go for excellent serving portions at an affordable price. I even had an extra surprise in this visit. I got the burnt to a crisp end of brisket. That my friends is the BEST part to me. You can savor the flavor all day since there is no amount of chewing that will break that down for consumption. I do love Roscoe's Smokehouse. They know how to smoke some meat.”

Golden Corral Buffet and Grill

Address: 301 SW Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

“My elderly father-in-law really likes this place and so when he visits, our family often ends up going there. The food is pretty good, and especially for lunch or if one is a senior, the prices are quite reasonable. The bathrooms could use some cleaning and updating but otherwise they're adequate. Since it is self-serve buffet style, the service is really not that relevant that I do have to say the lady that tended to the area that we sat in frequently came by the table to see if we needed refills of our beverages or anything. So I would rate the service as good.”

Go Loco

No smokers where there when I went, service was friendly and as I waited regulars where greeted by name. Family run local business with a high quality product.”

Chicken Express

Address: 130 NE Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

“Honestly the chicken taste like dough, but who comes to chicken express for the chicken anyway? No I'm writing this review because of the rolls. I like my rolls golden brown with a delightful sweet taste, that only Chicken Express can make. Now why can they only make the best rolls ever? I. Do. Not. Know. However I can tell you this... This store has the best SERVICE in the state. I have never been treated like such a humane being ever. Yes, even me. The Autistic, "WHERE'S MY CHICKEN" guy. Where as else where. I am treated as just another *****. Thank you for the food. (P. S. I ATE THE CHICKEN ANYWAY)”

Subway Restaurants

Address: 251 SW Wilshire Blvd #101, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

“I love ordering bread, but that’s at a supermarket. The lack of toppings was unreal. I have been to a multitude of Subway locations, and I have never had such little food on my sandwich. Service was OK. My server did ask me how my day was, however, it was not in a sincere way. It was more of a filler as he tried to rush me through to the register and out of the line as fast as he could. I understand service is meant to be fast, but it’s not meant to be fast as a compromise to being friendly.”

Dairy Queen Store

Address: 201 SW Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

“Very good. The best of the best. I love the free cones that they give out.”

Cicis

Address: 105 NE Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

Taco Casa

Address: 205 NE Wilshire Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, USA

Restaurant

“I started going here when they first came to Burleson and I was so unimpressed. The employees were terrible and dirty and the lobby and kitchen were as well. I would drive to Ft. Worth or Arlington just to get Casa. After a multi year hiatus, I recently came back and noticed they wore gloves and the employees looked cleaner and acted way more professional. One of the main problems I have is they keep drinks around the food areas. I understand you get thirsty, but according to health regulations that’s not allowed. One other problem I had was I came to specifically order Casa Delights and they weren’t warm. I asked for warm ones and the cashier literally asked me why I wanted them warm cause they were “just Casa Delights?” They are to be served warm for a reason. They’re stale and gross when they are cold. On top of that, the consistency of the Casa Delights aren’t that great either. One day they’re brown and overdone, the next day they’re underdone and chewy. Once in a while they are proper and that’s the reason I come back. I love those things and I don’t even like cinnamon like that. In the end, their food is great and they do pile the toppings on which is great as well. I just wish there would be consistency in all the food and the way it is made/put together.”
