“I started going here when they first came to Burleson and I was so unimpressed. The employees were terrible and dirty and the lobby and kitchen were as well. I would drive to Ft. Worth or Arlington just to get Casa. After a multi year hiatus, I recently came back and noticed they wore gloves and the employees looked cleaner and acted way more professional. One of the main problems I have is they keep drinks around the food areas. I understand you get thirsty, but according to health regulations that’s not allowed. One other problem I had was I came to specifically order Casa Delights and they weren’t warm. I asked for warm ones and the cashier literally asked me why I wanted them warm cause they were “just Casa Delights?” They are to be served warm for a reason. They’re stale and gross when they are cold. On top of that, the consistency of the Casa Delights aren’t that great either. One day they’re brown and overdone, the next day they’re underdone and chewy. Once in a while they are proper and that’s the reason I come back. I love those things and I don’t even like cinnamon like that. In the end, their food is great and they do pile the toppings on which is great as well. I just wish there would be consistency in all the food and the way it is made/put together.”

“Great breakfast place. Haven't tried their lunch or dinner but the breakfast is really good. I can eat a ton of food for $8. For $8 you get their works omelet with hash browns and pancakes which fills me up. I can barely finish it. Service is pretty good depending on who serves you. Only reason I reluctantly give it 5 stars is that they get a lot of old folks early in the morning who sometimes are hackers. Those that enjoy the weekly carton of smokes. Its no fault of the restaurant and if you're a normal person who isn't up super early like me you'll probably never have these issues. For me though hearing someone hack their way through their morning coffee isn't very good on the appetite. Otherwise terrific restaurant and by far the best breakfast you can get locally including Our Place.”

“Great local bar! The stuffed avacados are a must! They have a small but good selection of beers on tap and the bartenders are pretty good with keeping up with orders. I will say they do need mode bartenders on the weekends. This place is small but stays pretty full. The patio is a great size and the live music is usually pretty awesome!”

“We came here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. Plenty of tables still open and free. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken to a table. We however at for a while waiting for menus and for someone to take our drink orders at least. Finally we had someone come and start our ordering process. After the small delay the young man provided excellent and I mean excellent customer service to us. He came multiple times and paying attention to make sure we were doing ok. The pizza itself was pretty good. We ordered a regular pepperoni and some cheese bread. Honestly the best about our experience was the our waiter and the decor. The walls are covered in hippie Art Deco which was pretty sweet.”

“Grumps was very good with friendly service. I had the guacamole burger on a jalapeno bun with pepper jack cheese. It was delicious. The fries were good. The onion rings were a little on the hard side. Overall it was very good.”

“I eat at a lot of restaurants and this one is amazing. When I find something good I will drive 2 hours just for a stake or burger. I am happy to say I don't have to travel no more. The stake is amazing. The queso is perfect. The tacos and enchiladas are the best. Everything about this place is great. Staff is awesome always checking on things. I will definitely be coming more then once a week.”

“This establishment was very rustic and had a small town vibe to it. Service was great, and restrooms were clean. The food was awesome, we had the chicken. The biscuits with honey were to die for. Overall it was a great experience my only complaint is that you cant pick what portion you want, you only get one of each portion. One wing, thigh, and breast.”

“Their cheese is the best cheese I’ve ever had on a pizza. No seriously. They also have a candy machine in their store which I always get candy from, and I recommend you do the same. Mr. Jim’s, please bring back your buffet option. Dominos is coming to town and I would really like to see you guys succeed.”

“I came in this morning at 7:45 am and was greeted by Daniel Gonzales. He was very professional and well mannered. At that point I remembered he was also my Sub master at the Subway in Alvarado. I was very pleased with the quickness of getting in and out with the perfect Breakfast Subway Sandwich. I will recommend to my friends and family to both stores.”

“I’ve been to this Sonic several times and in each occasion they’ve given me fresh food because I don’t mind waiting. (Usually no longer than 5-10 minutes unless they get swamped) and their carhops have a great attitude! They are always so nice and helpful, especially Joshua. He’s patient with me because I can never pick what I want to eat!”

“Excellent food and great service. There was a little wait but totally worth it. Originally sat at a table that wasn't big enough for our party but they found us another table that better fit our needs. Wait staff was attentive and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice restaurant with a creative atmosphere and friendly waiters and exceptional food.”

“Two of us had the Haute Dogs. These aren't the old fashioned kind, but come with slaw and chips. The buns are reminiscent of Texas toast but with more flavor. Our companion ordered a burger. We all opted for either sweet potato fries or regular rather than the chips. If you get the lunch special you also get a salad...this is a good deal. We were all quite pleased with the food and the service.”

“Very nice, both my wife and I tried the Waffle house, for the second time (we're from California), we both ordered something we had never ordered before, and both of us instantly found a new favorite. Our server was very kind, local, and gave us advise on the local 'lay-of-the-land'. I had heard jokes about the 'Awful House', I agree, it's AWFULLY GOOD !”

“This burger had a lot of flavor! The hand-formed patty was seasoned and cooked perfectly and served up with fresh vegetables and a nicely browned bun. My only complaint is that the bun was as thin as a tortilla. Generic white buns crush easily someone smashed it pretty hard. I highly recommend going with a more heartier bun. Service was prompt and friendly. Dining area was clean and decorated well. There was live music. Prices are reasonable. Restrooms were run down.”
