    This is the most inconsistent restaurant I have ever been too. Generally the food is good, not amazing but it is still good. The service though can be extremely frustrating. Sometimes I get served quickly, other times I wait 10 minutes just to find out who my server is and never get a single refill throughout my entire meal. It's literally the toss of a coin on whether or not you are going to have good service or not.

    Have frequented this establishment for years and stopped going because management didn't treat their employees well. Customers tend to pick up on that. Was told they had new general manager and started going again. Every thing was okay for a while and noticed new gm getting too comfortable. Employees don't matter to him just the bottom line. I guess Chili's only hires a..holes for their managers. 54th Street is my new place to go.

    Extremely great service. The bartender was our waiter & damn, he was on the ball. No issues, no mistakes, no complaints. He didn't even write down our order. He was damn good at juggling both responsibilities. Wish I remembered his name to give him credit.
