Tre Pizzeria

Boerne desperately needed a good pizza place, and we got one.

Although just a soft opening, we stopped by for a quick pizza and drinks! The pizza is a Tuscan style thin flatbread and it was delicious! Can’t wait for the full menu!

Pizza excellent, burrata excellent, caprese salad excellent, bolognese excellent. Order extra bread if you get the burrata. Someone else mentioned no balsamic on the caprese, but traditionally it does not have balsamic. Skip the beets. Sad no meatballs this evening, but we’ll be back when they have their full menu. Not a huge fan of ordering at the counter as we had to wait in a long line just to order more bread and were full by the time it came out. The Italian margarita was also fabulous!
