We were greeted and automatically took our order. Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining what I was ordering when I asked. The subs were simply delicious and their vanilla soda was super awesome! Will come here again and order a giant next time!
This was my first time visiting this sandwich shop here in Kerrville, TX. The people were friendly, and the service was excellent in getting our 3 sandwiches cooked on the hot grill to perfection. I enjoyed the chicken ranch dressed with tomatoes, shredded lettuce, apple wood smoked bacon, and I substituted provolone cheese topped with ranch dressing. It had a good flavor the chicken was alot of meat but next time I will ask for more dressing because I apparently got a drizzle and could hardly taste it. Both my husband and his mom got the Philly chicken sandwich and loved it! This place rocks because the bread I almost forgot to mention is fresh and excellent tasting too!!
My wife waited over an hour for 2 sandwiches because they had put one of our sandwiches in with someone else's order. She said the guy in front of her waited over an hour and finally gave up and got a refund. I almost gave this a 2 star review but the sandwich was pretty good and the staff at least gave my wife a buy 1 get 1 free coupon for the next visit. It's probably better to put your order in online well in advance of when you want to pick it up.
Overall I feel like the quality is just as good at Subway but not as pricey and certainly much faster
Jersey Mikes was not a complete disappointment but I will say it is pricey for the size of sandwich that you get compared to other sandwich shops. I got the regular Turkey sandwich Mikes way, chips and drink around $16-$17. The seating is very limited and the overall store is cramped especially when busy. I must say that my sandwich was good but if I’m going to spend this kind of money on food I’m going to a sit down restaurant and eat more comfortable. We had to sit outside due to limited space in 100 degrees weather.
The food was very tasty and the service was fast and helpful. It was a bit busy, so maybe next time, I would order through the app. Great new restaurant addition to town.
