AMAZING food!! The flavor and tenderness of the meat is perfect! We got 3 sandwiches and they were quite big too. Perfect amount of bread to meat ratio imo. Highly recommended to anyone stopping by Junction.

This is the best I've eaten in Texas truck driving. Unlike a lot of other places that overcooked their brisket 13 hours until it tastes like smoked Crock-Pot. there's has got the perfect texture. A harder almost gelatin like texture with a great smoke and beef flavor I like the fattier cuts. True Texas atmosphere inside beautiful smokehouse smell five stars 100%

Follow up: June 2021, the brisket and ribs were bone dry And had poor flavor. I feel betrayed after posting such a high review. I hope they fix it and go back to what they were doing before. I really liked this place; this last time was so disappointing.

Ok so it's been 4 years since I stopped here last. That experience 4 years ago was not very good. Today I decided to give them another try and it was much better. The brisket was still a little dry, but it had a great flavor. The ribs and pork chop were also pretty good. Sides were so-so.
