Absolutely the best BBQ in this part of town. People will actually drive across town to get to this place.

This eating establishment has some of the best tasting BBQ that I've ever eaten. Their sausage is also very tasty.
Fresh homemade potato salad and cooked pinto beans are also available.
It's a very popular place on this side of town and is always busy through the week. Picnic tables are out front so customers can enjoy their meals when the weather permits. Fast friendly service and credit cards are accepted. People from all walks of life patronize this place and some come from the other side of town. Hours are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.

8 Longhorn Barbque 2nite, not spectin to. They were cookin-4-tomorrow, but closed. Invited me to eat anyway. Teresa fixed me a Jeff's special ↝ Chopped Beef over thinly sliced links. 1 sandwich, 2 meats & a canned Coke. Lord-a-mercy... so luscious, dripping w/ just the right amount of sauce, finger-lickin, palate pleasin, good! And practical hospitality that makes ya wanna come back.
💍 Jeff & Teresa Ingram have been married 30 years, & 14 years of that have been running Longhorn Barbque. Some of the best BBQ in Paris ↝ River inspired, "wood smoked" - NO chemical smoke (so no intense, smoked BBQ-belches afterward).
🤠 Served out of a food-trailer. Smoke the meats in an eclectic, wildly innovative homemade shed in the back. Have 3-4 irregular picnic tables for outdoor dining or jus go-ahead-n-get take home.
