Pulled pork sandwich ?? Perfect batch of juicy pork shoulder w/ tasty smoke ring
NEW OWNERS ARE HITTING A HOME RUN.....
Formerly Firehouse BBQ , Young's is a major upgrade.....while the previous incarnation was almost inedible, Young's offers above average brisket on most days and way above average on some.....the sides and desserts appear house-made and are fresh and tasty....sauce is unique, peppery and tangy....but the real winner is the chicken dinner.....as fall-off- the-bone good as I've ever had in over 65 years of cue eatin'.....
Just finished a pulled pork sandwich and it was really good. growing up in Memphis, I’ve had my share of good pulled pork. This rates right up there with the best of them. I did ask for the cole slaw to be put on the sandwich, ????.
Great place and fast. Happy they had fish on the menu since it was after4th of July. Was over bbq. Potatoe salad is great
Neither of us cared for the BBQ and there was absolutely no service. Literally. U pay and order at front entrance then you wait forever then someone brings you Togo containers with your food. I ordered chicken and they sent out a whole half a chicken fully intact with feathers coming out the wings. It was so gross and made me wanna cry . it was Disgusting. :(. We had the pork, sausage, and chicken. Potato salad was good and sausage was good. The pork was blan and nobody ate the chicken. It’s now food for our dogs. We spent $35 for two people. Drinks were $2.50 each (kinda expensive to). The decor was cool tho
