Farm House Mexia

The food was absolutely delicious!!!! My husband had the catfish and I had the shrimp trio with the grilled vegetables and baked potatoe... What can I say but wow best shrimp I’ve had and the portions of the catfish for the price was great...Our waitress Madison was the bomb!!! We will definitely be back next time we are in Mexia or might just drive here from Palestine for the food!!!

Absolutely wonderful! Perfect service and the food is the best for miles! Prices are fantastic! I drive 3 hours to eat at this place!! Love it!

Farm House is a home cooking, comfort food type restaurant. Everything we had was very good. My husband had the seafood gumbo with rice as an appetizer and said it was great. I had fried mushrooms that were very good. All the food we had there was very good and flavorful. Our waitress was very attentive even though it was a busy Friday evening. So if you want good food in a pleasant ambience, try the Farm House.

Great service and great food. Absolutely liked my first and second and third visits there. I'm a out of town visitor and I've been brought to the Farm House to eat. And as I said before. I've been back when the timing was right. Highly recommend the Farm House for a reasonably priced great tasting food restaurant.

Second time here. Food good. Staff excellent! Cute setting. Fried mushrooms were the bomb and so was the chicken fried chicken! Healthy, no. Great, YES!
