Chick-fil-A

Placed a delivery order but called West End location with a question. Cheyenne answered my question and was very courteous which is greatly appreciated. Our order arrived hot and the driver was also very polite. We order a lot of restaurant delivery, and we will gladly order from this location again. Thanks!

This location has very good service, even when they had a shortage because of the weather. I can't believe how petty these 1 star reviews are. Most are about the drive thru lines or item shortages. Even if there is a long line, they process orders way faster than any other fast food chain. Waiting 5 minutes in line with 20 other cars is not bad. Imagine 20 cars at a McDonalds or Braums. People have no patience or appreciation for how efficient most Chick-fil-a locations are. With the volume of orders it's a miracle that most all orders are accurate.

Highly recommend this Chick-fil-A, customer service was outstanding very professional welcoming and overall prompt. You seated yourself and your food was brought out to you before you could sit down and it was fresh!
