Hill Barbeque is sooo fire!!!! BBQ smash burger is delicious and full of flavor. It came with chips ON the burger - they're speaking my language! And the pickles yall!!!! Omg. Perfection. Just the way a pickle should be. I also got the mac & cheese which is super cheesy and well seasoned. Peach cobbler for dessert, tastes like my childhood! The crust is amazing.

The Creamy Big Red is beyond words!! It's like a big red float latte? Idk how else to describe it. But it was so good I chugged it all before I could get a pic!

We will definitely be going back!

The others in my party said it was really good, so 5 stars from them.! I'm not a huge BBQ fan, so that's why it only got 3 stars from me. The owner was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

This has become a weekly stop for me. The brisket smash burger has tons of flavor, I haven't had anything like this anywhere else in town. Check out the monster pile of chopped brisket on that Sammy! I can't wait to go back.

This is an outdoor eatery and busy durning lunch. They are still in the process of completely construction on the outdoor seating area. Meat was nicely seasoned with a medium smoke flavor and very tender (sliced brisket and pulled pork in pic). Great service and great BBQ will be returning for more!
