Food is great especially the enchiladas however they have this one guy that just doesn't seem to care how he treats they customer.

My favorite breakfast burritos! Reasonably priced and piping hot! After many, many years working in restaurants, I'm always thrilled by fresh and hot meals. Service is fast and prompt.

Happened upon this spot while we were visiting from Chicago & we HAVE to stop here whenever we’re in town. Easy to assemble a satisfying non-meat / vegetarian meal. 10/10 love this place 👌

Stopped here while I was in Lubbock last week to grab something quick for breakfast. Got the bacon, egg & cheese burrito w/pico. It was delicious, but that's not the real story. A couple of days later I saw that I had been overcharged on my credit card. It turns out somebody accidentally put the decimal point in the wrong place, causing my $5 burrito to significantly increase in value. Polly's is closed on the weekend so I had to wait until Monday to contact them. When I called to let them know what happened they immediately rectified the issue & credited my account. The people I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer or provided better customer service. Thanks again to Polly's staff for solving the problem quickly & professionally. I would highly recommend Polly's for the great breakfast burritos & excellent customer service!
