Very clean, enjoyable atmosphere as the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The two meat combo was good, but the brisket definitely stole the show with a nice pepper bark. Combined with a delicious sauce it made for a great lunch experience.

Had lunch today and my first time at this place, I have to say I was extremely impressed with my meal.
I had a brisket plate which included two sides. The food portions we’re definitely worth the price and the brisket was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I am a very picky eater and I am always looking or something new. So needless to say I will be back. I gave them a four-star because I did not try the ribs, once I try those then I will give my review on the ribs hopefully they will be as tasty as the brisket worse and if so I will give another review👍

I have been staying across the street at the Cotton Court for weeks at a time. I have tried to get into Rooster's, but the restaurant is closed for dinner during the week. ??
I ordered the prime rib. It was tasty. Unfortunately it came to my table cold
I was between appointments and had to rush . The waitress offered to redo my lunch.
The Cole slaw was meh. The cornbread was sensational. Disappointing lunch

Pretty good bbq place. I did carry out and arrived home with warm food so good job on that.

The sides got docked cause the beans need seasoning. And the tater salad was kinda boring.

The pulled pork was just a lump of mush.

The sauce got docked only because it was cold instead of hot.

The brisket was awesome and the slices were thick. The ribs were soooo good but a half pound equated to 3 ribs so that made me sad.

Overall, a pretty good BBQ joint with cool atmosphere. I will eat there again.
