Shotzys Bar & Grill

So ordered the chips and queso, added meat and some salsa.
The chips were a touch salty but salsa was pretty good. The queso on the other hand was terrible! Way too much grease and just .... greasy.
All that aside, the atmosphere and staff is AMAZING!!!

Shotzys is quite decent for a bar with a lot of options. The atmosphere is fun with lots of friendly people and faces. Our first visit the service was exceptionally good for how busy their event night was, however, our second visit was quite lacking. I would still highly recommend at this point though. Smashed Bing is fun and lively.

Look. When you see the name "Shotzy's Bar and Grill" incredible food and service may not be the first thing that comes to mind. It should be. In this Local Guide's opinion, it is THE BEST burger in this county. Hell, maybe this country? I don't know, I haven't tried them all yet. It isn't just the burgers...the daily specials are fantastic too. Hamburger steak? You bet...and it's delicious. Meat loaf is special too. And the chicken strips. The bartender, Crystal, is an absolute gem...just don't give her a hard time or she'll give it right back.

We went there for the first time. I had the Philly steak with tots, and my wife had the Ruben with onion rings. My wife really liked the ruben and the philly steak was good as well. The onion rings are made with red onions, and the breading is made everyday there. The onion rings are made to order. The breading is really good. The onions them selves have more of a mild flavor. That's not a bad thing. It's just if you want more of a onion taste to your onion rings you might want to get something else. Again we did like them. The waitress/bartender was very nice and friendly, and came to to see if we needed anything. She was the only one working the front it seemed. The beer comes in small and large. The large is a 32oz glass (from the tap at least). They also do karaoke, but not when we were there. Over all I give it a 8.5 out of 10 , and will be going there again.
