Delicious brunch and dinner! I’ve been to the Reserve several times now. The food and staff did not disappoint! We tried several appetizers and mains everything was good, the drinks were stiff too. For dinner I really enjoyed the broccolini pizza and the Tuna Poke Tower. For brunch I loved the Hangover Tots and the French toast. Definitely worth a visit!
More than underwhelmed by The Reserve Culinary.
How can you have "culinary" in the name and serve people frozen crinkle fries and frozen sweet potato tater tots?
The only reason I gave 3 stars... they actually had Lemon Drop Martinis on the menu and the barkeep could actually make it! Most places in Lubbock don't even know what it is, and if they try to make serve it in a highball glass instead of a martini glass. I would go back just for drinks.
Great burgers, big salads. Kids menu could use some help. No refill on chips but loads of cheese.
Service was great. Walked in 20 minutes before the kitchen closed (11pm). The waitress was quick and friendly. The tavern burger (jalapeño chicken fried bacon burger) was good. My wife who doesn't do spicy food at all and is gluten sensitive had the chicken street tacos with corn tortilla. She liked them. She had a surprised face and had to put it down from the spiciness. She did finish both happily but they do have a bit of a kick. The white lime and cilantro rice is rather zesty.
I’m not sure what special soda water they use on their chiltons, but it is the BEST CHILTON in Lubbock. I have enjoyed everything I have had so far: The pizza, the naan bites (this is my favorite), the jalapeño poppers, the shishito peppers, the tacos, and the tuna tower. I also love that they have gluten free pizza and you can also make your pizza a protein only option, which is a dieter’s dream! The staff is really friendly and Nick is on the floor running food and talking to tables, which is a nice treat.
