Lakeside Restaurant

Was road tripping and did not want chain restaurant food.
This place felt and looked local.
We were welcomed with a smile and had a great meal!
The Texas Toast grilled cheese with ham and turkey was like a delicious childhood memory.
And the fried squash was good.

Never been, it was a halfway point to meet daughter to pick up kids. This place was top notch. Loved the food and service.

Nice waitress and good food. Out of dessert my husband wanted, and not a lot of options for low carb diet. Over all a good place yo eat.

Great food . i had the catfish it was not greay and tasted fresh. Salad bar was crisp and fresh. Excellent customer service!
I would recommend.

We are here on our way to Galveston but unfortunately the food was so amazing our first night in Galveston we didn't need anything else to eat. It was so good we needed a nap, if that tells ya. Buffet totally worth it.
