The Crab Trap Grill

Had a great ride on the motorcycle from Houston to eat here. The food was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and professional. Will bring some more friends on our next visit. PSA - there is plenty of parking, but we chose spots that were apparently not "approved" . See attached photo for where NOT to park when you visit. You're welcome :]

Amazing weekend breakfast! As others have said, try the biscuits and the pancakes. The sausage gravy was amazing too!

The food was great. My husband had their special (some kind of parmesan oyster) and loved it. I had fish tacos which were a little more greasy than I would've liked, but otherwise tasted good. My kids had shrimp or catfish baskets and loved them. Docked stars because the bathroom is outside and in the words of my 13 year old daughter "like visiting a third world country." Also, the air conditioner was not working when we were there and we all sweated through the entire meal. Not enjoyable when the temps outside are in the 90s.

We love to eat here after a day on the water. I usually eat a double meat cheeseburger and fries but have enjoyed the chicken fried steak breakfast also. Plenty of seats inside or out next to the water.
There is a boat ramp and a couple boat slips on the creek. Also has a fishing tackle, repair, and apparel store on the second story.
