We enjoy going to the Baytown Seafood in Pasadena so we thought we'd enjoy this location. We were wrong the food didn't taste the same. My husband ordered boiled shrimp, they looked good but eating them was the issue. They were over boiled and the outside of the shrimp was stuck to the shrimp. It was almost impossible to eat. One of the waitstaff noticed my husband struggling to peel them and brought him a menu right away so he pick something else. He wasn't our waiter but was extremely nice and helpful even gave us tips about the boiled shrimp. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was ok, nothing great but edible.

Food is ok. Servings are actually proportionally large. Most of the items I have had were overly breaded (fish, country fried steak, bottle caps,etc.) but tasty. It definitely is not a place I would suggest if you were health conscience but if you enjoy a good country meal that will more than fill you up at a reasonable price it is a good place to go.

This place has really good sea food. Not a real fancy place but very clean. Tables or booths with waitresses taking orders.Fried fish, fried shrimp and gumbo is very good.
Many other dishes available, grilled, sauteed,
Boiled or fried they have it!
