(July 20, 2019, 11:14 am)We stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor and it was nice and spacious. The sheets were a bit stained and found a couple ants on the beds. The toilet was very noisy when flushing.

(September 9, 2018, 6:53 pm)The front desk personnel named Maxine was so nice and gave me great customer service. Anything I asked, she did it with a smile. The room service team leader Sherry is amazing to say the least. Her team cleaned my room and gave me extra towels when we needed it. The wedding was postponed and they were able to accommodate us with no issue. You guys will forever be in our hearts. When I come to Waco, TX I will always stay here because of the great hospitality and the entire staff is great. Thank you all for a great stay. Love, the Browns. 9/7/2018.
