Corner Store

Update: The station Owner called me today and apologized sincerely. He said that with all the rain we’ve been getting, the critters have been looking for new homes. An exterminator had already been at work on the problem and it would be taken care of STAT. I was impressed that he reached out to me and I feel much better about visiting this station again.

I always get gas here, they have the best price for E85 in town. But, today as I was leaving I saw a rat crawling around right by their front door. I tried calling the store when I got home, but the number online is only linked to a fax machine. I called Circle K customer service and was on hold for 37 minutes before I gave up and left a voicemail. I saw this rodent in the middle of the afternoon which means it probably has rabies. I will not go back to this corner store until I am assured that this issue has been dealt with. Please don’t respond by giving me the 800-number, I tried that already and it was a waste of my time.
