Heitmiller Steakhouse

Food was very good. Loved my chicken fried steak and my wife's ribeye was good though she did note the steak lacked as much flavor as say a Logan's ribeye steak. I recommend getting satellite radio because hearing the radio cutting in and out due to airwaves is a nuisance to the ears. Despite the negatives it was still good food and a decent visit.

Herb is amazing! He was taking care of 6 tables in the bar and all the people sitting at the bar too! He was very friendly! Took our food order exactly right. Always checking on if we wanted more rolls, drinks, or desert. We found our new favorite place to eat! Awesome service!! We gave Herb a big tip for giving us excellent service! We will request to be seated in his section every time we eat there!

Stopped here for my birthday. Fantastic! Loved everything from the butter hot rolls with cinnamon butter to the aged ribeye. The prices were Great also. A Perfect celebration. Will definitely be back!

Food has always been pretty good here. I would have given a higher rating but the last few times I've come in service has been slow and orders have not been correct. With this said I will still continue to give my business if I'm coming through Waco. Hopefully service can be improved
