Katie's Frozen Custard

We stop here whenever we visit Waco. Premium Frozen Custard. This trip I got a Turtle Sundae. Next trip it's going to be a Turtle made with chocolate frozen custard. They also have concretes and milkshakes. You can't go wrong here if you love ice cream. Meant to take a pic, but it was gone before I remembered!

Everyone knows Katie's Custard is a tourist attraction, but locals love this place too. I absolutely love the custard. I don't even know how to describe how good it is. I totally recommend Katie's Custard.

Great frozen custard. They have regular vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan, and sf vanilla. Order at walk up window or drive-thru. Building a new patio area with seating so you can order and eat on the premises. Also has other menu items. I have only had the frozen custard which is awesome.

They always have great flavors! Even the pickiest custard aficionado will find something they like! Taste is amazing too. It may take a few minutes to get your custard when they're busy (which is almost always), but it is 100% worth the wait. Having both outdoor benches and a drive-thru is a big plus also.

What a fun retro drive- in! Limited menu offers just the right amount of options and the food is something different from the normal fast food restaurant. Spoon burgers are great as are the slaw dogs. The ice cream menu is also a blend of the unexpected and the usual like Cyclones and banana splits. Yummy yummy!!!
